Currently working within the pre-contract cost planning team on the prestigious developments under Diriyah Gate Phase 2. Responsible for delivering comprehensive cost planning services across multiple design stages, with a primary focus on high-value hospitality projects. Key responsibilities include preparation of detailed cost plans, reconciliation of successive design-stage estimates, benchmarking against comparable projects, pre-tender estimating, and detailed quantity take-offs. Supporting design teams with cost advice to ensure alignment with budget objectives while maintaining project quality and commercial viability.

Worked on high-profile commercial and hospitality developments including the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh refurbishment project, Public Investment Fund (PIF) Headquarters fit-out works, and Riyad Bank Headquarters in Riyadh. Responsible for full post-contract commercial management, including preparation of monthly interim payment applications and valuations, assessment and management of variations, cost reporting and forecasting, cost coding implementation, subcontractor procurement and management, and agreement of final accounts. Played a key role in maintaining commercial control and ensuring projects were delivered within approved budgets

Worked within the pre-contract cost planning team delivering major mixed-use, hospitality, education and infrastructure developments including SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, University of Wollongong in Dubai, IDR Hotels projects, Marina Car Park development, and Deyaar Development Plot BB.B04.025. Initially based in the UAE and later relocated to Sri Lanka to continue supporting the cost planning function across regional projects. Key responsibilities included preparation of cost plans across multiple design stages, detailed quantification and measurement, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documentation, tender evaluation, and management of tender queries. Actively supported design and procurement teams to ensure commercial alignment and value optimisation prior to contract award.

Worked on the construction of the FAB Residential Tower C70/C78 in Rawdhat Abu Dhabi, delivering post-contract cost consultancy services on a high-rise residential development. Key responsibilities included valuation and certification of interim payment applications, comprehensive change management, value engineering assessments, and administration of provisional sum adjustments. Prepared detailed validation reports for variations and maintained accurate commercial logs covering insurance, performance bonds, variations, and payment records. Ensured robust commercial control and transparent financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Worked on the construction of the Millennium Al Barsha hotel development in Dubai, supporting the commercial team on post-contract cost management activities. Primarily involved in subcontract management, including preparation and review of subcontract packages, assisting in the preparation of interim payment applications, and evaluation of variations. Undertook detailed quantity take-offs to support procurement Additionally assisted in site measurement and verification of work progress.

Worked on the construction of the Altire Residential & Commercial Tower & Polgahawela, Pothuhara, Alawwa Integrated Water Supply Project, supporting the commercial team on post-contract cost management activities. Primarily involved in subcontract management, including preparation and review of subcontract packages, assisting in the preparation of interim payment applications, and evaluation of variations. Undertook detailed quantity take-offs to support procurement and cost control functions. Additionally assisted in site measurement and verification of work progress, maintaining variation and payment records, supporting subcontractor procurement processes.
