Develop and implement business-driven technology transformation vision and strategy across multi-phase projects, ensuring enterprise-wide process and data management capability that is aligned with the business transformation needs. Responsible for managing and overseeing transformation-wide data assets, monitoring data quality, resolving inconsistency issues, and preparing data for all business and corporate functions while ensuring compliance with regulations such as NDMO, GDPR, etc. Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead data quality and consistency initiatives within a large- scale SAP R/3 to S4 HANA migration project at SABIC, a leading global chemicals company. • Drive comprehensive data cleansing and remediation efforts to address critical data quality issues, ensuring a seamless and successful system conversion. • Develope and execute a robust data archiving strategy to optimize system performance and minimize downtime during the migration process. Conducte rigorous data validation post-conversion to guarantee data integrity and reliability in the new S4 HANA environment. • Lead the assessment of current data and business processes management maturity against global data management standards (NDMO, GDPR), identifying gaps and defining a roadmap for improvement. • Architecte and implemented a strategic plan to enhance data and business processes maturity, aligning with the company's digital transformation vision and regulatory compliance requirements. • Establish and governe data governance framework and policies to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and prioritize data initiatives. • Implemente data profiling and quality assessment tools to monitor data health and identify improvement areas. • Execute the data retention and deletion policies in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. . Develop and implement a business process management framework/model across SABIC enterprise to reach the targeted maturity level in all domains and transform SABIC to achieve effective and efficient processes management that supports SABIC vision through performance excellence. R& R: • Defining, setting and enforcing governance guidelines for processes, focused on organizing all business process management activities and initiatives, in order to manage the entire business process lifecycle, including design, implementation, execution and continuous improvement. • Design a sustainable and on-going Business process governance approach capitalizing on the domain and E2E ownership concept that is relevant for the organization and can add business value. • Identify, implement and manage business process modeling tool - ARIS- in designing and create process flows according to Chemical industry best practices to reduce business process complexity (e.g. number of steps, decision points etc.) and resolve current pain points. • Develop, deploy and maintain standards for business process description for the detailed step-by-step guides for performing processes including basic items like structure and naming conventions, minimum steps and elements required, as business process standards may dictate specific process definition measures. • Establish accountability for process performance, Corporation wide. Accountable for the definition of Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) that increase the ability to monitor end users’ adherence with the business process objectives and progress against planned goals (comparison of target/actual values), by measuring directly, the data that is generated within a specific process flow. • Design, implement and maintenance process performance indicators monitoring tool to ensure end user adherence to business processes and efficient process execution using SAC/CELOINS

At the begging of the year 2016, I have been selected as part of the SABIC IFRS conversion project, playing the role of integration manager. The objectives of the project were the following: 1. Identify the accounting practices gap between SABIC policy (was based on SOCPA) and IFRS across all SABIC KSA legal entities. 2. Identify the required system changes to adopt the IFRS 3. Prepare parallel 2016 quarterly financial statements based on IFRS for comparative of 2017

Joined data quality program under Corporate Finance aimed to provide SABIC leadership with gradually increasing measurable data quality improvements. I was leading the project system and business process excellence work streams to deliver the following: • Collect all business requirements and pain points related to project accounting. • Develop an operating model for global project accounting-GPA that fulfill the business requirements based on internal and external best practices. • Lead the tool validation activities to select the appropriate system that fulfill the business requirements related to project accounting. • Document the AS-IS process of Finance domain and propose the TO-BE process based on best practice.

• Maintain the partnership with strategic business Units -SBU's & manufacturing Affiliates including overseas offices for optimization of administrative handling of Marketing & Resale's Agreements by continuous the valuable engagement in all financial aspects according to these agreements, and focusing on quality and efficiency improvement of all associated transactions. • Responsible for the accuracy and adequacy of all Netback/Resale processes and payments for all products per existing marketing & resale agreements, SABIC policies, agreed-on procedures, and applicable accounting codes and standards. • Manage other netback processes such as swap In/Out transactions and pooling & sharing activities based on special agreements in consistent with existing marketing agreements and SABIC credit policy and procedures. • Manage and monitor the Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-End closing activities for all netback sales and associated logistics transactions/supply chain activities, including Warehouses/Terminals transactions, to ensure accurate financial statements across all relevant legal entities within SABIC's group. • Maintain effective supervision and development of staff.
