Discovery and development of small molecules for antibody-based therapeutics, including but not limited to Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs), Antibody-Peptide Conjugates (APCs), and Antibody-Oligonucleotide Conjugates (AOCs), alongside the advancement of their respective conjugation technologies, with applications in treating oncology, metabolic, neuroscience, and other diseases.

Lead novel linker-payloads screening, designing, optimization and non-classic ADC platform development and be responsible for managing CROs for payload/linker synthesis and conjugation related works

• Lead the research team to design and synthesis high affinity compounds as first-in-class/best-in-class molecular probes in the stages: hit-finding, hit-to-lead, lead optimization, etc. • Maintain scientific as well as competitor awareness in the fields of medicinal chemistry and drug discovery, develop and maintain a group with the necessary skills and competencies and seek operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. • Build and operate the Small Molecule Discovery Platform (1200 square meters).

Be responsible for medicinal chemistry and organic synthesis, supported by AIDD and CADD. Analyse SAR and optimize structures based on available data, such as small molecules, nucleosides, or PROTAC. Establish collaboration both internally and externally, provide scientific expertise across functions/teams
