久留米大学で法学の修士号を取得後、私はプルデンシャル生命保険株式会社での営業経験を経て、IBMでアカウントエグゼクティブとして活躍しています。IBMではエンタープライズアーキテクチャとSaaSセールスのスキルを生かし、デジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進しています。 保険業界におけるDXの重要性を深く理解し、IBM WatsonやRPAツール、IBM Cloudなどを活用したソリューション提供により、顧客ニーズに応えるパーソナライズされた商品を提供しています。私たちのチームは、業務効率化とリスク管理の強化に向けた取り組みを通じて、顧客サービスの質の向上に貢献しています。 ------ After earning a Master’s degree in Law from Kurume University, I gained experience in sales at Prudential Life Insurance Company before joining IBM as an Account Executive. At IBM, I leverage my skills in enterprise architecture and SaaS sales to drive digital transformation initiatives. With a deep understanding of the importance of DX (Digital Transformation) in the insurance industry, I provide personalized solutions that address client needs by utilizing tools such as IBM Watson, RPA, and IBM Cloud. Our team contributes to enhancing the quality of customer service by promoting operational efficiency and strengthening risk management.
