As part of Deloitte Advisory team, Matt has primarily focused on partnering with business to improve their financial operations through management of various projects, finance support consulting roles and secondments into finance functions including business partnering roles. Matt has built extensive experience managing and delivering projects and providing value to clients from improved financial operational performance. Matt’s project management experience includes managing project commercials, strategic alignment and partnering with clients to ensure the required result are delivered. In addition to project management, Matt’s business partnering roles have allowed him to develop a keen commercial acumen and analytical thinking. Skilled in Data Analytics and related solutions including PowerBI, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Financial Accounting and Reporting, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting along with a range of ERP systems including SAP and Netsuite.
