Analyzing risk factors of new customers on-boarding on AWS Digital Messaging Service one of the services under Amazon Web Services. Responsible for holistic investigation on various risk factors on digital platform and maintaining brand reputation. Having profound knowledge of content moderation with the ability and tools to identify and manage harmful content, keeping AWS users and reputation safe. Using Augmented intelligence to protect online communities and the AWS infrastructure by combining human judgment with machine learning-powered analytics resulting is intelligent recommendations and decisions that help AWS clients transform and maintain the integrity of messaging services. Developing solutions to find patterns across vast volumes of data, enabling more accurate data labeling, content reviews, and abuse management. Vetting potential abuse issues and contacts AWS customers in order to put a stop to these harmful acts.

In my role as Founder of Shopplocal, I spearheaded the development and execution of a delivery app that transformed the way residents in Hassan City access essential services.
