Formerly part of ENGIE, EQUANS is a company of Bouygues SA and delivers energy services to majors actors in commercial and industrial sectors as well as public contracts. Based in Montreal, the company serves customers across the country - with major sites in the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, and British Columbia - as well as in the United States. As the lead of the Finance Function, I have helped our company to achieve key milestones in its growth and transformation. The main achievements include : - ERP integration (SAP S4/Hana and Microsoft Dynamics 365) and process change - Design and engineering of a new financial operating system (treasury, accounting and FP&A) - Reset the accounting controls and compliancy methods - Startup of a Joint Venture for a major construction project - Setup of several Public-Private Partnership contracts - Propose financing solutions for projects and assets - Implement major corporate reorganizations (including change in ownership, new branding and IT landscape) - Merger and integration with new businesses

As a Project Consultant, I was involved in the day-to-day operations of our client. Together, we defined the objectives, we monitored the work-in-progress, and we assessed the results.

The goal of this project was to perform a computation of the accurate COGS of the products sold in the branch catalog.

As a preliminary work, I performed a business analysis of the entity and its related partners. The main work was to design and compute a cost management model (absorption cost) to determine the net profit margin per unit.
