Leading, managing, and strategically planning all aspects of a holistic childcare program, including marketing, admissions, scheduling, and operations. Daily responsibilities include creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, communicating with parents, cultivating meaningful connections with children and their families, conducting assessments to monitor growth, and tailoring care to meet individual needs. Additional duties involve providing strategic parenting support to address challenges and align childcare solutions with family goals. This includes leading community-building efforts within our exclusive parenting network that cultivates a supportive environment, equipping families with resources for mental health, personal growth, and effective parenting. Patient Admissions & Paperwork Review: Assessed patient medical and nursing needs to determine the appropriate placement within the facility (skilled nursing or assisted living). Communication & Coordination: Acted as a liaison between various departments (e.g., physical therapy, nursing, activities, administration) to ensure seamless transitions and communication when new admissions were received. Hospital Liaison: Proactively engaged with hospitals to receive updates on patients sent out and worked closely with hospital teams to assess the suitability of patients for facility admission. Event Management: Organized and hosted community events for residents and the public to promote the facility and build connections. Marketing & Tours: Created marketing materials, conducted tours for prospective residents and families, and actively marketed the facility to local hospitals and the broader community. Onboarding New Patients: Assisted with the safe transition of patients from hospitals to facilities, ensuring their belongings and medical records were transported correctly.

Hospital Coordination: Worked within the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital systems to assess patient needs and coordinate smooth transitions from hospital to one of the company’s 30+ assisted living/skilled nursing facilities. Patient Assessment & Placement: Completed nursing assessments for new patients to determine the most appropriate facility based on medical needs and level of care required. Patient Advocacy & Support: Ensured patients and families were informed and comfortable during the transition process. Provided ongoing support and communicated updates between hospitals and facilities. Marketing & Facility Promotion: Acted as the company's representative to hospitals and external healthcare providers, marketing the facilities' services to generate new patient referrals.
