Executive Accountability & Delivery: Serve as the ultimate escalation point with full responsibility for health & safety, schedule, cost, and quality—successfully delivering projects against predetermined milestones and strict financial parameters. Core Competencies: Land Acquisition, Site Selection, Real Estate Development, and Utility/Energy Agreement Management. Project Lifecycle: Managing the EPCM process from financial modeling and procurement to on-site execution in remote and challenging jurisdictions (Algeria, Iran, Mali, etc.). Director, PFC | Head of Contracts, Procurement & Commercial Management (Secondment) AGC Manufacturing, Construction & Installation Directed multidisciplinary commercial and supply chain teams for major upstream/downstream Oil & Gas megaprojects, including Gorgon, Wheatstone, and Ichthys LNG. Oversaw all contract negotiations, legal risk, procurement, and cost control for the design, manufacture, and installation of SMP, Subsea Modules, Plets, and Shear Keys. Established Kwinana Regional Offices and Sea Port Hub, recruiting and developing high-performing teams to drive seamless project delivery from the ground up.

Principal 'Clerk of Works' / Building Inspector [Owner’s Engineer & Governance Lead] - Progressing to Contracts and Construction TPM Demonstrated high adaptability in a dynamic environment, proactively expanding my scope beyond technical oversight to champion the wider success of the development program. Role Evolution: Progressed from Clerk of Works (Building Inspector) to lead Contracts Management (TPM) for the University Planning & Development Unit. Campus of the Future (€500M+): Directed site management and provided rigorous construction oversight and inspections across a large portfolio of projects for this award-winning, sustainable development.
