As a fellow, I primarily taught students from Grade 1 to 3 in a private low-income school in Kolkata. My role involved: - building reading-comprehension, writing and math skills besides teaching other subjects like Science, SST, EVS, Computer, GK. - creating leadership impact among elementary kids. - SVS building, educating on India and its constitutional values. - class management, curating lesson plans, weekly plans and unit plans, ensuring holistic growth and development among children. - fostering socio emotional learning and performance arts based learning in elementary standards.

- Leading the school team with structures, communication and in maintaining interpersonal relations. - Conducting weekly and monthly school team meeting to meet collective objectives and holds a support space in the school team - Actively working on bringing foundational changes in the school and community system. - Working as a point of contact for my school team and the organisation.

As a part of this internship, I wrote 18 articles on various socio-cultural, political and feminist issues. I have also produced multiple articles at FII independently beyond this internship.

My role involved writing articles on niches like skincare, makeup, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, home decor, travel, education, book reviews, etc. as and when required.

My role involved writing short-form content for website comments, FAQs and website inquiries on Colleges, Admissions, Exams, Courses, Scholarships etc.

I wrote long-form articles on Fashion and Jewellery for a start-up blog on the company website. My role involved choosing suitable jewelry from the official website, curating looks for different occasions, and writing user-friendly blogs in creative and interactive ways.
