Point person in establishing the Corporate Services Category to work initiatives focused on indirect spend within the People Services, ESG, Legal, and Finance Organizations. Overseeing NMG’s Travel Program and Corporate Card Services. Partnered closely alongside key stakeholders and leadership to develop category strategies, redefine policies, and improve spend habits.

Focused on indirect spend within Store Operations, Store Planning, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and IT categories. Responsibilities include implementing and managing new programs after sourcing events. Tasked with weekly and monthly spend analysis, approving on-boarding requests for new vendors, contract negotiations, data base management, and vendor relations.

Sourced the multi-year redevelopment initiative of a global contract and managed the associated transition efforts. Redesigned standard operations and processes to fit the expansive scope of the evolved category. Performed continued site visitations, vendor evaluations, and negotiation conferences to align and achieve the goals of the Leadership partners globally.

Managed Supplier accounts, performed procurement procedures, resolved critical errors, and enforced risk mitigation for new development programs. Supported supplier relations, while challenging them daily to promote flexibility, quality, and redesigns in a timely manner. Developed healthy relationships with each one of my vendors to enhance B2B relations and promote future work.

Developed relationships with clients that allowed me to facilitate their hiring process. Performed interviews, managed background and drug screenings, and submitting executive candidate summaries to the client. Balanced numerous clients and job openings on a daily basis through collaboration and delegation with a direct report.

The OXBUILT Company specialized in engineering and manufacturing. I oversaw budgets, balanced project scheduling, managed the hiring processes, and supervised the intern program. I developed monthly reporting and analysis that assisted in discovering process alternatives to arrive at optimal performance.

Responsibilities included running day-to-day operations of the store in its entirety. I worked with management to develop strategic plans and initiatives while progressing business and creative needs.
