I am a strategy and operations leader with deep experience driving performance transformation across industries such as Consumer Durables, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, FoodTech, and Travel. Over the last decade, I’ve built a career at the intersection of business strategy, operational excellence, and impact-driven work. I recently joined Alvarez & Marsal as a Director, where I focus on delivering rapid, measurable value for clients through execution-led consulting, efficiency improvement, and enterprise-wide cost transformation. Previously, I worked with Accenture Strategy (India Business) in a front-end consulting role as an Engagement Manager, leading high-impact projects across growth strategy, operating model design, procurement transformation, supply chain optimization, go-to-market strategy, and large-scale cost reduction. I hold a B.Tech from NIT Surathkal and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. Prior to my MBA, I worked with ZS Associates, where I specialized in customer strategy, product launch planning, opportunity assessment, forecasting, segmentation, and salesforce effectiveness for global pharmaceutical clients. I began my career with Honda Two Wheelers, gaining early exposure to operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Alongside my corporate career, I have spent over siginifcant number of years contributing to the social sector through multiple non-profit engagements focused on education, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and governance. I was recognized among the Top 100 Competitive Business Leaders 2019 by D2C in association with CNBC TV18—selected from over 4,950+ participants. I’m passionate about solving complex business problems, building high-performing teams, and driving sustainable transformation across organizations.
