I am NITESH S GUJWAR, currently; I am providing my services as Divisional Manager in Svatantra Microfinance. Ltd. I have worked in 2 MFIs since April 2007. SKS/BFIL, and currently in Svatantra . From April 2019 Am taking care of Odisa State. Managing 2 Regions with team of 250+. Before that I were Managing MH & CG State 2 Regions with 42 Branches with team of 250+ team. I am a highly motivated individual and could be very helpful as far as the firm’s success is concerned. In the capacity of Divisional Manager I am responsible for taking care of 40+ Branches in 2 Region while maintaining the portfolio outstanding and recovery of loans growth of the entire branches. I am leading a team of 250+ members including direct and indirect reportees and reporting directly to Zonal Manager /Skip level Reporting is CEO. I am recognized for my superior opreations and Team Management skilI. Dealing in microfinance activities and identify opportunities for improvement expansion . Responsible for Making business projections and strategies to meet the Assigned organizational objectives and identifying new locations for opening branches and assessing their potential and making them operational in TAT. Also had Successfully performed cross selling of other product along with Microfinance- mobile, water purifier, bio mass stove, solar lamp,Retial insurance, Health Insurance and other product and Get Rewarded many time for Outstanding team performance . Besides this, I am hard working with Never Say Die spirit, strong determination, work ethics and an optimistic outlook. One who is always looking for positive things .
