I am the Scrum Master responsible for all Scrum related activities and I am an active Developer primarily using C# and MQL4. Our primary focus is developing Financial Markets trading systems for different clients. My primary role is to interact with clients to understand their system requirements, document them and do the development in conjunction with the other developers in the team. Other clients are in the financial services sector where we develop their inhouse web systems, using C#, MVC, JQuery, Entity Framework and MS SQL Server. Major web based system developed is a network marketing system that handles everything member registration to commission allocation and payments handling etc.

I was a Scrum Master for two teams, the first team was based in India and the second team was based in South Africa. I was responsible for all the Scrum activities from interacting with the business representatives with regards to the teams backlogs to Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog grooming. Responsible for day to day communication with relevant stakeholders with regards to projects.

* I was a Developer working on a diverse number of systems, ranging from Customer Care system, payment systems, Communication systems. The primary technologies used were ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server. Work done ranged from enhancements to new development. Major highlights: * Development of the messaging system to manage communication with customer, for payment reminders, payment confirmations etc. * Development of the autoreconnection services to integrate with payment vendors and automatically reconnect customers. * Completion of the high profile and high risk archiving project with great success which followed by my promotions to Scrum Master/Team Lead role the following year.

I was a Developer, working mainly with ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, C# and MS SQL Server. My primary role was developing internal web applications for different departments. I would sit down with the business analyst to understand the business requirements, then develop the application as per the requirements. The major application we developed was the peer to peer recognition application. There were organizational values we all had to live by, so employees had to recognize each other for living those values when they were collaborating or working together on a certain item, then points got allocated to whoever is recognized. The second one we developed was a surveys engine, whereby the marketing department's staff surveys could be rapidly designed and deployed. The one piece of code that once got me recognition back in 2007, was a feature to dynamically produce and convert policy documents to PDF before making them accessible to policy holders. All these were developed in ASP.NET, CSS,JavaScript, C# and MS SQL Server.

This was my first software development job. I primarily focused on support and maintenance of the call center system which was done in Visual Basic 6. The major fix I remember developing and getting recognition for, was a security feature to restrict users from accessing certain part of the system and performing certain transactions. Most of the time was dealing with support issues and bugs that needed minor development to address. Our main tools were, Visual Basic 6, MS SQL Server and Visual SourceSafe.

I am a senior developer currently based at Auditor General of South Africa. We are building an internal web based system to manage different activities within the organization. Hands on development: Visual Studio 2017, C#, MVC 5, Entity Framework 6, JQuery, Bootstrap, MS SQL Server 2016.

* Gathering requirements for new system features or enhancements. * Development of new system features or enhancements. * Support and maintenance of the marketing campaigns system. * Support and maintenance of the call center dialler system. * Support and maintenance of the systems integration services.

* Developing and maintaining integration interfaces (WCF and web services) for SAP/Baan ERP system to interact with our C# developed systems. * Developing and maintaining WCF and web services that manipulate data between different systems for integration purposes. * Maintaining C# SAF (windows) services to process transactions on a 24 hour bases. * Developing ASP.Net and Silverlight Web modules for users to interact with the system. * Create reports using DevExpress reports and some with SQL Server Reporting services. * Interact with business analyst to get detailed business requirements specifications then write technical requirements specifications. * Developing database objects mainly stored procedures (Currently SQL Server 2008). * Creating system support documents to assist the support team in supporting the system. * Assist the support team during the first month after Go Live. * Conduct system hand-over training. * Maintaining and supporting existing systems.
