Mike Carpenter
Owner @ RH Adhesives
About
As the owner of RH Adhesives, I lead a trusted specialty manufacturing business in my hometown of Acton, Massachusetts. Growing up here makes my work especially meaningful—for our team and the community. We’re committed to supporting and empowering our employees, fostering a workplace where everyone can learn, collaborate, and succeed. My passion for helping others shapes both my commitment to Acton’s Economic Development Committee and my teaching as a part-time FP&A instructor, where I mentor future finance professionals. By bringing people together—employees, customers, and neighbors—I strive to strengthen our company, give back to Acton, and create lasting value for all we serve. I am married with three children and grateful to raise my family in nearby Sudbury.
