Chemical test, - Factories portfolio (Around 250 factories each season) / Approval of new factories / Technical visit + Social Audits. - CFM Samples / Check quality before send to customers for fitting and final approval. - Quality control / In-line inspections / Technical visit / Final inspections (AQL 1.0 / 0.4). - Production Follow up / deliveries / promotion orders / average delay per platform, supplier, factory and customer / updating reports to customers / follow up of ETD orders. - Quality claims / identify the QC inspection reports / contact with suppliers / negotiate with supplier the claim amount - Contact with technical office in France to solve the issues concerning with technical problems if have during the shoes process. - Prepare factories analyses for customers end of each season - Management of the teams / Providing training + season debrief / Creation of tools and process for different positions + shoes process / Appraisal end of the year / Salary review + bonus for the team / Budget for the coming fiscal year. - Recruitment of new staff / interview selection / Allocation of the teams accordingly with workload. - Travel to all platforms to follow QC team + Platform Merchandisers + Platform Manager / Visit new and risk factories / Follow the customers (technical managers) in Asia during the technical visit in our factories.

Visit all factories weekly - Report to CEO the sales report - Achieve the targets for each month - Maximize the numbers of factories using our products in the shoes process - Prove to the customers that our technology was the mostly updated in the market - Reduce the time consuming between new developments with new chemical products for leather finishing goods.
