Sales, Business Development & Strategic Advisory • Driving sales and business development for Gotion’s BESS product lines, identifying and cultivating relationships with commercial and industrial customers, developers, and strategic partners. • Serving as a strategic business advisor to companies evaluating energy storage and clean energy infrastructure investments, providing guidance on technology selection, financial structuring, and go-to-market strategy. BESS Power Station Development & Deployment • Leading full-lifecycle deployment of BESS power stations for customers seeking energy cost reduction and grid resilience — from technical review, site selection, and construction design through permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and full operational handover. • Delivering Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and peak shaving solutions, enabling customers to reduce demand charges, optimize energy costs, and participate in grid services. Contract Negotiations, Utility Relations & Infrastructure • Leading contract negotiations across a broad range of commercial, operational, and infrastructure agreements to protect business interests and drive favorable outcomes. • Negotiating directly with utilities on power pricing, infrastructure agreements, and large-scale interconnection and substation projects. Government, Public & Regulatory Affairs • Leading government relations efforts, including direct engagement on new legislation and bill structuring impacting the energy storage and clean energy manufacturing sectors.

Appointed to lead Gotion’s newly created Market Management department — established by executive leadership to drive business growth and commercial expansion — with full scope across sales, strategic advisory services, BESS power station development, contract negotiations, utility relations, government & public affairs, labor relations, and facility construction.

Promoted to Director of Engineering & Manufacturing to create innovative new products to serve the US energy market. Working with cross functional departments to launch manufacturing, leading engineering teams. Currently in Illinois, we manufacture ESS (Energy Storage System) containers, Battery Packs, Battery Modules, household battery products to power homes, and Li-Ion Battery cells for other purposes. Heavily involved in Government relations, community engagement, supporting business development, construction, hiring, and manufacturing and engineering of several energy products.

Working to successfully launch Gotion’s first giga battery manufacturing plant in the US. Working with Gotion’s global factories to create the most efficient battery plant, LEED facility, and a carbon-free site. Serving as the Director for Cell manufacturing, Pack and Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Battery Modules and Packs, EHS, Infrastructure, Public relations, and other essential roles.

Joined to launch Gotion’s first US Battery Gigafactory. Using business startup experience, Real Estate experience and with Tesla’s rigorous boot camp experience to navigate through the challenges of site selection, General Contractor selection, Environmental Due Diligence, Property Condition Assessments, and using my background and education in renewable energy to find power solutions for a Gigafactory. Dealing with permitting challenges, EPA requirements, sourcing equipment for Wastewater and airstreams. Working with teams in China to coordinate manufacturing processes towards SOP for prismatic battery cells, modules, packs, and energy storage. Many more challenges to come!

Founded Illinois-based Li-Ion battery recycling company in direct response to emerging state Extended Producer Responsibility (ERP) legislation effective 01/01/2026.

Launched Model Y within scope using Agile and Lean methodologies; collaborated cross-functionally to achieve 30% reduction in time-to-market.

Joined Tesla as a Production associate on the production floor side by side with associates installing Headlights, windshields, tires, seatbelts, etc. - Promoted in 4 months to the Model Y Launch team to launch Tesla’s Model Y. - Promoted in one year to Production Supervisor. - Promoted in one year to Supervisor of Cell Manufacturing at Tesla’s Cell Manufacturing building. - Promoted in one year to Associate Production Manager for Battery Modules and Packs. Launched: Model Y, 4680 Battery Cells, S/X Battery Modules, S/X Battery Packs. Started several programs at Tesla: Safety Management Program, Enhanced onboarding program, Cell training/certification program for 4680.

Started a Fintech mobile application that connects groups to meet financial needs and pay off interest-baring debt. Quality Assurance QA Tester, Java, JavaScript, Confluence, Postman, Jira, Selenium, Eclipse, Agile, Test Cases, Debug, Defect Life Cycle.

Developed a banking crowdfunding mobile application using Agile/Scrum, overseeing domestic and international development teams through wireframing, QA (Selenium/Java), and UX/UI testing.

Responsible for full cycle projects, starting with building, to operations of multiple store locations. Lead the development of multiple store openings in a short period of time. Worked with architects, corporate, and the CEO for the launch of stores in Michigan.

Restructured pharmaceutical warehouse operations in order to streamline daily activities. I was able to reduce costs in various departments, mainly in robotic automation efficiencies, ergonomics and warehouse layout. The changes I made reduced waste and increased productivity, which resulted in increased client acquisition and higher profits for the business. With years of entrepreneurial experience, I’ve been able to improve operations, productivity, customer acquisition and retention, customer service, reduce costs and increase profitability!

Worked with energy storage for EV, solar, Hydroelectric, and renewable energy alternatives. Worked on varies projects including an international abroad program that analyzed battery storage for Masdar City in Dubai. The focus was the study of electric transportation in the fully sustainable city that generates, stores and consumes renewable energy. Studies include engineering in Storage, energy management and efficiency, business applications as well as residential sustainable development.

Studied in Spain for the summer at University of Barcelona. Picked up the language, culture, and was introduced to different business practices. While abroad I negotiated a deal to assist in the start-up of a trading company through the help of a Business Consultant. I learned to deal with different business cultures, understanding that the US business culture is not the only culture there is.
