* Responsible for managing P&L responsibilities of a $35M business unit focused on supporting the Intelligence community. * Responsible of specific major programs supporting delivery of advanced tools and techniques for conducting Cyber and SIGINT operations to include, collection, fusion, analytic tool development information operations, enterprise management, and real time operations. * Technical and Programmatic Lead for PROTEUS, responsibilities encompass: allocating & balancing engineering resources, managing and mentoring engineering staff, overseeing cost & scheduling, managing client relationships, strategic planning, contract budgeting, and needs forecasting

* Lead architecture design and analysis support to multiple large scale IC programs, delivering SOA enabled solutions and demonstrated integration pathways that achieve real time mission effects that span IC domains * Provided technical leadership and performed in the role of Chief Architect to design, develop and deliver an integrated Dynamic Network Defense capability for the IC and DoD. * Strategically positioned and incrementally transitioned mission capabilities into a Service Oriented Architecture, delivering specific mission threads to enable the first cyber ecosystem for dynamic defense. * Designed and implemented a sophisticated framework capable of interfacing with globally distributed hardware assets and performing management and functional control * Lead a small team of engineers through several iterations of SDLC to deliver Rich Client Internet Application consoles providing critical monitoring and management capabilities in near real-time for high-priority, mission sensitive capabilities

* Developed generic framework services for a JMX container that allows large development teams to plug-in robust and monitored applications without an application server. Designed and implemented distributed network health management system using JMX and Jini; application enables secure remote management of applications and systems. Developed proof-of-concept dynamic portlet generation application based on JSR 168. * Mentored junior developers as part of formal mentor-protégé program, and mentored team members informally through paired programming and frequent design discussions * Led the design and development of an A-POD (Aggregated Portlets on Demand) project. The product leveraged a lightweight WSRP compliant portlet producer component * Designed and developed extensions to WSRP4J implementation with regard to portlet registration and invocation. Service providers include JMX, EJB, and HTTP * Authored whitepaper “Monitoring and Management using Aggregated Portlets on Demand”
