Highly motivated, open minded and passionate Bachelor of Engineering Technology graduate majoring in Extraction Metallurgy, currently assuming supervisor role on Gold processing at South Deep Gold Mine. I did my internship in January 2021 to June 2023. I acquired skills and exposure in hydrometallurgy gold extraction processes, and taking part in projects of improvement that are in place. Looking forward to enhance my level of experience and more exposure in the field of metallurgy and related.

 Oversee and monitor the effectiveness of sampling activities by Operators ensuring that results are submitted to the laboratory for analysis.  Prepare for and conduct planned task observations to ensure safe handover of units for maintenance activities.  Supervise the effective availability and utilization of equipment and materials to ensure achievement of daily production activities and targets.  I oversee the application of good housekeeping standards, spillage management, etc. and initiating remedial actions as required.
