Mostafa Helmy

As an Integration Engineer at the National Bank of Egypt, I develop and maintain backend services that support critical banking operations. My work involves designing secure and scalable REST and SOAP APIs, implementing business logic, and integrating distributed systems within a high-availability enterprise environment.My primary technical focus is Java and backend development, with hands-on experience building service-oriented solutions and working with relational databases such as SQL Server. I apply strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and clean architecture to deliver reliable, production-ready systems. Working in a banking environment has also strengthened my understanding of transactional systems, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Alexandria University and continuously invest in deepening my expertise in Java, backend architecture, and scalable system design. My goal is to contribute to robust, well-engineered systems that prioritize maintainability, security, and long-term reliability.
