- In Alwefaq I'm responsible for the full monthly payroll process for up to 1000 employees in different companies with different labor law based on each company nationality (Saudi, Jordanian & Egyptian ( - Follow-up daily mails related to salaries transactions such (new joiners, terminations, resignations, deduction notes, stop salaries, overtime, violations, social insurance, taxes …etc.) also, I follow-up fingerprint and attendance deductions with its responsible employee. - Preparing the monthly salary reports, the bank transfer sheet in Egypt & Jordan, and the WPS report in KSA after executing the payroll cycle manually and on system AX Microsoft dynamics for each company. - Ensuring salary compliance with Wage Protection System (WPS) regulations and applicable labor laws and internal policies. - Managing and following loans, debits and salary advances via system. - Prepare and send the monthly -Payslip- report via mail to all employees for each company, and respond to the employees' inquiries - Follow-up and execute issuing the required various HR letters based on company's policies and conditions. - Revise and add notes for Muqeem reporting for foreign employees in KSA. - Apply and follow-up clearance requests for terminated and resigned employees to prepare their final settlement. - Responsible for issuing the final accruals for terminated and resigned employees. - Prepare and assist in the annual salary increases based on company policies and conditions. - Responsible for providing different reports according to each company, such as tax reports, salaries, deductions, bonuses, overtime and any other required reports monthly, quarterly or annually. - Follow-up developing HR ERP system and suggest required features to the ERP team for upgrading and improving department performance. • I have been involved in developing and implementing various employee policies and creating the "SOP'' for each section in the H.R department.

July, 2019 till July 2021 • A member of qualified team which manage the H.R personnel section responsible for recruit, qualify, interview, and hire new applicants. • Responsible for completing paperwork related to employee relations, payroll, and health benefits. • Responsible for guiding employees through policies and procedures and answer relevant questions during the orientation interview. • updating and entering data into spreadsheets and software programs. • Participation in developing solutions to problems that arise in order for facilating HR processes. • handling specific employee-relation issues, handling and discussing the resignation reasons and offer solutions to the employee if available. • Assisted in payroll section in various job assignments within the latest six months, such Gathering information on hours worked for each employee ,calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system "Sap". • Odoo system user:- - Personnel employee full data entry and creating the salary contract on system. • Sap system: HCM module End user. - Data entry for the employees full data. - Executing all personnel process on system such as hiring, leaving, promoting reentering, transfering..etc. - Executing the fully payroll cycle on sap. - extracting various reports requested via system.
