Mosima is a Shareholder and a Director of Talent Africa, an alliance of Korn Ferry. She commenced her career in executive search in 2000 with an international search firm. She has extensive industry and functional knowledge which enables her to provide practical and cost-effective, sound recommendations to assist clients in meeting their recruitment requirements. Mosima has successfully conducted high-level international and local searches in a wide range of industries such as in media, telecommunications, mining, engineering, oil and gas, health care, financial services, higher education and for various large state-owned enterprises. Mosima has also executed numerous expatriate assignments for different locations in Africa such as Kenya, Nigeria, Namibia and Lesotho. Mosima holds a BA degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Library and Information Science and a Sales and Marketing Management Diploma.
