As a Senior Project Manager, I spearheaded a project focused on developing a heart monitor using a Raspberry Pi, MAX30102 sensor, HC-05 Bluetooth module, and a LiPo rechargeable battery. My key responsibilities included designing the schematic and writing the necessary code for the Raspberry Pi. Additionally, I provided leadership and guidance to my team members, ensuring they understood their tasks and enhancing their expertise through effective and clear communication throughout the project. My partner helped develop a live 3D model for the final product of this project and used the budget list to obtain all parts needed . After he built it , I wired the components and tested the neccesary coding needed to run the app and coded teh rasberrry pi .
