Experienced procurement professional skilled in managing procurement of goods, works and consultancy services using various procurement guidelines including the World Bank, African Development Bank, United Nations Development Programme, European Union and National procurement policies. I have also acquired unique skill in project life cycle activities especially providing technical procurement support when serving as Liaison Officer between the National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA) and Public Financial Management Implementation Consolidated Project (PFMICP) through the Project Implementation Unit at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (MoFED) to the Country Manager, colleague staff, Government officials, project coordinators and their staff. The project life cycle activities mainly include project identification, preparation, appraisal, negotiations, supervision, mid-term reviews, country procurement assessment, completion reports, building the capacity of procurement officers in Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), and creating a function procurement unit with effective internal control system etc.
