I am a Corporate Leader in the Insurance and Reinsurance field, my focus is on developing solutions that strengthen Acentria’s presence as experts in the industry with commitment to exemplary client-relationships and service delivery for the overall growth of Acentria Group. In my 17 years of corporate exposure, I have had extensive experience leading organizational transformations backed by a record of developing executable people strategy that motivates teams individually and financially to exceed the corporate objectives through various economic cycles. I am very passionate about Empowering, Innovation and Prosperity with a solid work ethic often resulting in the setting of high performance standards in both myself and the others who work or interact with me. I am a logical, analytical and ingenious thinker and long-range planner good at anything that requires rapid and innovative reasoning. I earned a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from Daystar University and a Bachelor of commerce Degree in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Technology- JKUAT, Am also a Fellow of the chartered Insurance Institute of Kenya -FIIK and Hold a diploma in Insurance institute of Kenya – AIIK.
