My area of specialist is covering both iOS, tvOS, watchOS and macOS including both software and hardware. My area of responsibilities is to create an amazing Apple Customers Experience that’s allow customers not only to understand, and learn but to enrich their life with features on iPhone by showing it on demo of varieties of devices that’s available for customers to experience themselves. Beside from providing retail customers experience, I’m given the responsibility to achieve personal sales target and as well as group sales target.

My role as Small Business Expert 1. Introducing Switch SMB program to local business owner, and assist them to increase their business productivity using Apple’s device. 2. To guide my peers and assist them achieving the objective togehter. 3. Bringing in new SMB revenue aside from retail revenue. 4. Increase the SMB exposure to local businesses in order to help them achieve better daily operation in their journey.

My role as Store Manager for iStudy: -Managing staff schedule in monthly basis, and setting chores for staff to take care of store cleanliness. -Arranging meeting with staff to communicate with staff and to recognise issue and how to settle the problem, passing downward the order / directions. - Managing store merchandising arrangement and to make sure everything in good order, -Submitting weekly & quarterly sales report to Management Director of outlet performance. -Identifying lead / source of opportunity to propose for Management Director in weekly meetings. -Liasion with supplier and principal trainer and channel manager in creating the Apple Store environment for local community, including managing demo units according to Apple planogram, enrolling demo content on new demo devices and help sourcing solutions for demo units security alarm system. -Liasion with 3rd Party brand supplier in creating opportunity for growth & knowledge sharing training for staff. -Managing financing solution for resell product, starts from applications, approvement, legal paperwork procedure in the purchasing period. -Maintaining store cleanliness from behind to front and from top to the floor is prepare for customers to walk-in and experiencing the Apple Store. -Overseer of whole sales operations on the sales floor and 3rd Party merchandise sales progress. - Managing the outlet social media marketing and create engagement post of latest promotion and product to increase the facebook page views and follower. Both on Facebook & instagram platforms for generating leads. -Providing services for customer such as reformating / restoration for OS issue on both iOS & macOS. -Providing product knowledge and customer service training for staff to follow on the standard set by Apple, and to update staff on the latest changes for both iOS & macOS product.

My role as In-Store Trainer 1. Providing training to salesperson about Apple Customers Experience and Apple Ecosystem. 2. Provide support & education for both customers and salesperson in technical knowledge, Apple apps, and both macOS & iOS. 3. Keep myself updated with the latest news and product knowledge in order to create a new training module and lesson in salesperson skills & product knowledge development. 4. Encouraging and monitoring Apple’s Sales Enablement Education and Development program (SEED) adapted to each salesperson and constantly updating themselves to Apple latest product knowledge and latest training program
