(2) Building up a new Actona China sourcing function consisting of specialized team members for upholstery sourcing, hardline furniture sourcing, chairs sourcing with focus on “Goods for resale”. Throughout its first year the new team amongst other things supported with sourcing for JYSK tenders and new Actona tender setup. (3) Establishing raw material sourcing in China for Actona Poland (upholstery factories) and Actona Lithuania (upholstery factories) on track to reducing their raw material cost significantly. (4) Established sourcing in India, for which the first products hit the market in late 2025. (5) Planning- and executing new site construction for Actona China with office facilities and 600m2 show room facilities, warehouses and packing facilities thereby reducing MOQ requirements for sister companies in Poland and Lithuania.
