EXECUTIVE SUMMARY I am a highly astute and experienced banking professional with 30 years’ experience working in challenging versatile roles providing bespoke business solutions in the banking, hospitality and aviation sectors. I started of my business career with South African Airways in 1988. I worked in the hotel Industry as an F&B and Front Office Manager before joining Standard Bank. My banking profession began at Standard Bank as a teller in 1993. I excelled in the role and grew along the company ranks becoming Personal Consultant / Account Analyst, Business Banker (Ended up Top Area Performer in 2010), Business Manager (Relief), Business Online Consultant, Business Banker and Transactional Product Specialist (current role). This career progression based on merits is illustrative of my continuous improvement philosophy. My experience includes a strong record in providing customised business and customer development and retention strategies that have enhanced client retention, increased revenue and customer lifetime value. I possess solid competencies transactional banking with good product ownership of banking processes. Competencies extend to investment and financial needs analysis, sales and business development with strong cross selling and portfolio growth abilities.
