Bei Westenergie leite ich seit über zwei Jahren die Personalstrategie und Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit der Gruppenstrategie. Mein Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung nachhaltiger HR-Konzepte sowie der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten mit gruppenweiter Tragweite, um organisatorische Resilienz und Effizienz zu stärken. Dabei arbeite ich eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen, um einen messbaren Wert für die Organisation zu schaffen. In meiner vorherigen Rolle bei E.ON konzentrierte ich mich auf Employee Relations und Arbeitsrecht, wobei ich eng mit Führungskräften und Mitbestimmungsgremien zusammenarbeitete. Meine Erfahrungen in der Unternehmensberatung umfassen die Leitung von Transaktionsprojekten und die Umsetzung organisatorischer Übergänge, wie die Neustrukturierung des Konzernsitzes während der Fusion von E.ON und innogy. Mein Ansatz verbindet strategisches Denken mit einer klaren Ausrichtung auf Menschen und ihre Entwicklung.
