I have work experience such as business planning, sales and marketing, human resource management along with talent acquisition especially across countries. The beginning of my career was as a sales representative in a trading firm in Japan, and dealing with materials from Bangladesh mainly. At the moment, I had handled procurement and production control responsibility too. After that experience, got an opportunity to work in different work-field and joined RGF HR AGENT, subsidiary of Recruit Holdings. I got allocated to India from May 2015 and have managed Japan Desk business as unit head from Jan 2016.
