My mission is simple: leave the profession of nursing better than I found it.I built Archer Nursing from a folding table in my closet, still working full-time as a bedside peds nurse. I had watched new grads arrive underprepared and leave faster than we could replace them, and I knew I couldn't fix that one nurse at a time. I had to swim further upstream.That's the work now. As Chief Nursing Officer at Archer Review, I build education for every stage of a nurse's path: getting more students into nursing school, keeping them there, helping them pass their boards, and supporting them once they reach the bedside.
