Morgan Parke

Responsible for all aspects of federal utilities law for one of the nation's largest electric utilities, including practice before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Justice (antitrust), federal appellate courts (D.C. Cir., 2nd Cir., 3rd Cir., 6th Cir., 7th Cir.), federal district courts, and other federal and state regulatory agencies. Manage internal and external counsel. This position presents a series of challenging, demanding and professionally satisfying issues and opportunities as the company deals with many of the cutting-edge legal and regulatory questions in the utility business.
