Morgan Lucas

I realized the power of financial literacy sitting in my junior year high school accounting class. As someone who was making minimum wage at the time, the "Rule of 72" and investing shocked me and immediately was a topic I wanted to learn more about. This interest quickly turned into a passion as I realized one day I could make a difference in other people’s lives through financial guidance. As I continued to grow in this field, I noticed how many people lack confidence when it comes to financial decisions. Because of this, I have taken advantage of many leadership opportunities to gain the skills necessary to help others. Through my roles in Order of Omega, a Greek honor society, and Alpha Gamma Delta where I previously served as Director of Recruitment, Vice President of Marketing, and now am our Chapter President, I have learned how to think critically, collaborate, and communicate effectively, all valuable assets to a business. I am a team player who listens, adapts to changes, and acts. I am excited to use my values and skills and gain real world experiences with Federated Insurance as a 2026 Claims Intern. I can’t wait to contribute to a team that also values accuracy, integrity, and exceptional service.
