I’m known for thinking outside the box. For being creative with my problem solving skills and for making complex subject matter, tangible. I follow a style of teaching where we continually build on daily tasks and where the learner starts to build his/her confidence so he/she sees they hold the power and they can accomplish just about anything. I help achieve these results with the use of training material that I create using; Word, Power Point, Excel, and Premiere Pro. The training material I create is meant to engage, to give them just enough information as not to overwhelm, and to be a source of continued use. The training material is constantly evolving since we live in an ever changing world. I work with my students to understand their needs and to collaborate on how to best answer those needs. There is nothing like watching someone succeed….This is the greatest aspect of my job.
