1. Receiving materials. This includes confirming quantities and quality as per the orders. 2. Processing and organizing deliveries accordingly, in collaboration with the dispatch clerk. 3. Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and proper stores conditions by ensuring that it is cleaned, organized, and products are well displayed according to company brands. 4. Delivering exceptional services when dealing with suppliers to maintain B2B relationships. 5. Enforcing in-store security, health and safety standards according to OSH ACT 2007 by monitoring store activities to prevent property loss, damages and injuries at work. 6. Maintaining proper store records. 7. Processing relevant documentation.

Contacting new and existing customers with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales objectives and targets.  Negotiating with customers using persuasive skills to overcome objections and increase product movement to the market.  Providing a recap of daily sales including challenges met to the management hence brainstorming viable ideas.  Preparing and delivering presentation to customers about our products and giving them reason enough to trust and purchase our products.

 Posting of daily journal entries through the sage pastel system.  Reconciliations of accounts receivables, inventory and credit control.  Stock issuance  Preparing and updating daily reports.
