Hi, I'm Sushant. An Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions architect and a SailPoint consultant with 6+ years of experience helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture.I help build scalable IGA solutions that make life easier for end users, security teams, and leadership alike.My role often goes beyond implementation. I guide my clients on high-level IGA strategy, simplify complex concepts for both, technical and non-technical audiences, and empower internal teams through hands-on training and enablement.Occassionally, I assist with IGA sales enablement and help clients rethink how identity governance can drive efficiency and compliance.Over time through multiple project experiences and technical certifications, I've laid out a solid conceptual understanding of IAM. This helps me architect and implement IGA solutions keeping my clients' end goals in mind.I’m passionate about building more than just IGA solutions: I’m driven to build and optimize capabilities within teams and organizations I'm a part of.___Outside work, you might find me trying to reignite my gaming hobby (Weekends are all we have for it 🥲). I'm passionate about assisting friends and family with comprehensive financial planning and investing. I'm also a regular 'One Piece' Manga reader, patiently awaiting the final saga.
