* More often I work in a political & fairly charged situation which has very high visibility within top executives both inside & out. My job is to resolve very complex technical issues with application & desktop virtualization product. It requires me to engage all the possible resources required to bring things back in production. By doing so I enable companies to recover from a production down situation which would otherwise cause revenue loss from unproductive systems which directly affects users productivity. * Role highlights but not limited to:- * Escalation management for Citrix service requests. * Mentoring. * Technical training to front line engineers for Citrix products. * Work with engineering team for bug fix. * Reproduce & identify product defects or bug. * CDF Trace analysis. * Memory dump analysis. * Network trace analysis. * Code analysis.
