As part of the inaugural coaching team at EVEN Careers, I’ve had the privilege of supporting ambitious women through transformative career and leadership journeys. EVEN’s mission is to accelerate women’s economic potential by combining expert coaching, community, and education. It’s been rewarding to witness its impact during our first year of operation where: > 37% of members received a promotion or new career opportunities halfway through their membership > 93% would recommend EVEN to a colleague or friend > 100% reported feeling part of a supportive community with shared aspirations and challenges. From its early days, I’ve witnessed the platform’s rapid growth and the tangible impact of combining expert coaching, community and education to accelerate women’s economic potential. 🌐 https://www.even-careers.com/ Over the past year, I’ve coached three cohorts of emerging and established leaders as part of their 12-month development journey, helping them strengthen confidence, influence, and clarity in their next career step. My work at EVEN draws on over 25 years in senior HR and leadership roles and combines evidence-based coaching with practical strategies for self-leadership and influence. Being part of EVEN has been a front-row seat to what happens when women are given access to the tools, coaching, and community they deserve; confidence grows, opportunities expand, and leadership becomes truly inclusive.
