ADNOC Refining: - Initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance programs for rotating and static equipment, based on best practices in the Oil & Gas industry, with an emphasis on equipment condition inspections, planning/ scheduling, high quality maintenance repairs, under HSE policies and procedures -Leading a team of skilled technicians, engineers and supervisors. Providing Coaching, mentoring and technical guidance to the team and allowing open discussions and 360-decision making across the groups. Develop team competency to perform major repairs in-house, and in the same time, enhancing MTTR. -Analyse data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in maintenance related metrics including: unplanned downtime, PM compliance, schedule compliance, MTBF, and maintenance related costs -Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Operations, Process Development, Procurement Division and Projects Division) to ensure operational effectiveness in running plants and new units. -Track and timely report KPI’s (including CAPEX and OPEX) and scorecards that support the management of contractual targets, quality performance -Implement proactive approaches like: lessons learned and improvement ideas from various sources, to mitigate different risks and avoid failures. -Apply industry best strategies for maintenance: Time-Based Maintenance and condition based maintenance (CBM) programs. -Ensure to maintain the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, planned/predictive maintenance, spare parts inventory, MRO management, and maintenance history of plant equipment. Work with Material Management & Procurement to optimize inventory levels.

In addition to Tank Farm: hydrocarbons storage tanks (fixed and floating roof), and the sphere tanks for LPG. - Ensure Spare parts availability & Materials Management (as End-User). - Participated in three turnarounds and six shutdowns. - Coordinate and participate with technical teams in solving major or chronic issues in the plant equipment.
