Find candidates to fill positions based on the requirements set forth by the departments. Supporting the hiring process end-to-end including defining the needed profile, managing the process, full responsibility for sourcing efforts (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). search and screen for relevant candidates, and preparing the job offers. Being the main contact point for the supported departments for all hiring issues, instructing advising and consulting to managers on the hiring process. Supporting various profiles (students, recent graduates and experienced) in different roles and positions. Working in cooperation with Staffing team members and other HR functionaries. Partnering with department’s and group’s managers, to conduct needs assessments and executes training solutions for Technical needs (instructor led, curriculum & profile development etc Implementing and executing training solutions in a cross-business group and cross-site environment.
