Montana Duncan

I began working at Aromantic at the beginning of 2013 and started at the bottom of the company and have worked my way up to the top in the last 10 years with the company. I started out packing the parcels and circulating the stock as well as filling the stock for customers. I worked my way up to being one of the company directors but now serve as the Head of Marketing. During my time here I’ve worked with the customers, both through face to face on courses where we taught students to helping customers who were using our consultancy services. I’ve managed consultancy clients from simply filling products to producing the product as well as filling and labelling the end product for clients. I’ve overseen many projects in the 10 years I’ve been with the company whilst learning and developing skills within the marketing side of the company most recently with the likes of using programs such as Adobe, Canva and other similar software.

I worked as a learning support assistant in the school across various years with students that had various needs for learning support from children with physical limitations that needed assistance to those needed more one on one support due to learning difficulties. It was such a rewarding experience watching the kids learn and grow over the few years I worked within the school, seeing them grow in their confidence.
