VRM Operation and maintenance as a shift engineer of loshe mill 250 t/h & 350 t/h and Coal mill 6 t/h, 7 t/h. I have also worked in VRM CCR operation & maintenance of 450 t/h FLSmidth, & Coal mill of 10 t/h with SCADA. Raw materials and workers handling with safety. Travail free operation and maintenance of unloading, utility system, compressor Etc. Monitor all equipment very carefully for trouble free operation & ensure safety of man-power. Monitor all machine parameters and maintain hourly log sheet and prepare daily shift operational report. Ensure maximum efficiency through machinery. To ensure cement quality as per the requirement quality department and always consult with manager QCD. Electrical maintenance of cement plant utility system, VRM, Ball mill, Coal mill, HAG system etc. Supervised a team of electricians responsible for cable pulling, tray installation, high level wire of lights, small power and lighting etc. Operation and maintenance of Hydraulic system, Lubrication Unit, Water Injection and Grease spray system, Weigh Feeder, Rotor-scale, Metal Detector, Magnetic separator. Monitoring PFI unite, Compressor, distribution board and Bus-bur etc. Electrical maintenance of pharmaceuticals utility system (WTP, HVAC system, Air Compressor Etc. All electrical side maintenance, Installation, Inspection, Erection of process equipment. Maintain Motor controlling (DOL-star, Reverse-Forward and Star-Delta). Maintain the generator and Boiler Etc.
