Section of responsibility Primary, secondary, tertiary crushing, Scrubbing and Screening, DMS, Water Reticulation and recovery section • Ensure adherence SHE policies and procedure • Act as central point in the event of emergency • Control plant using SCADA system to ensure achiement of production call as per production schedule • Manage shift hand-overs between teams • Ensure adherence to production and maintenance control system • Gather information about stoppages and delays for electronic capturing and report accordingly • Liase with internal and external stakeholders to ensure production optimisation • Communicate process information and changes to stakeholders to minimise production delays – including initiating call-out according to company call-out procedure.

Sections of responsibility Primary, secondary, tertiary crushing, Scrubbing and Screening, DMS, Water Reticulation and recovery section • Perform shift hand-over • Monitor plant (regular inspection) and report deviation to a supervisor and control room. • Ensure adherence to the specified process parameters • Operate and maintain equipment using tools within the skills range. • Comply with and subscribe to safety,security standards, regulation,company environmental programme and housekeeping. Involved in the comissioning face of the antire Voorspoed Mine Plant.
