Roles and Responsibilities: Hiring Domain: Automotive Business Unit : Intelligent Cockpit - Product and Projects - Base SW, Tuner, ASTV, ADAS, Internship Program, Campus Recruitment, Technical Recruitment/Hiring, well versed with Workday and Avature. • Interacting with the Domain Heads and Hiring Managers to understand the pulse and status of individual requirements. • Responsible for executing a complete job market research for requirement particularly for premium and niche technologies to understand the market standards and resources availability. • Sourcing the candidates through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and also through social medias like Facebook, Instagram and getting referral from the friends and business circle and closing the requirements within given deadline. • Coordinating with the interview panels and candidates regarding all the interview process. • Conducting HR rounds for shortlisted candidates and making an background check before making the offer. • Generating the offer for the selected candidates. • Continuous tracking of the candidates who are yet to join and ensure to on board the candidates with given deadline. • Taking care of recruitment dashboard and preparing reports for weekly meeting with Domain heads.
