i am working for Khulna Essential latex plant a concern of Essential drugs company ltd. as a head of plant i supervise overall activities of all department belongs to this manufacturing unit including production ,QA, warehouse, purchase ,sales and marketing, Engineering and accounts.

1. Monitor production facility to assure adherence to safety and operating policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) following Company policies and procedures. 2. Works in conjunction with Senior Management and the DGM, Production to support the overall vision and initiates improvements to ensure the processes meet present and future requirements for quality, growth, 3. Coordinate the modification to production processes with Engineering, Quality and other functional areas to meet increased production demands or to fulfill safety needs 4. Coordinate with Production Department In-charges in planning and scheduling labor and equipment resources to meet production demands 5. Identify opportunities to improve service, minimize process loss or otherwise reduce manufacturing costs. 6. Utilize current business systems and analyze reports on production capacity and requirements as related to forecasted units by product and identify needs for improving productivity and overall manufacturing costs via lean manufacturing and robust problem solving teams 7. Ensure the plant's manufacturing equipment is in sanitary condition according to Company GMP policies and procedures in order to assure the quality of the manufactured product. 8. Organize regular training for the staffs on GMP , SOP, Master Procedure to maximize team output.
