I am the direct partner to our Chief Product Officer and his organization. I am the sole HRBP supporting Product Management, Design and UXR. During my tenure, I introduced an entirely new performance review process and lead Asana through our largest reorg in our company history, impacting all of R&D (~800 people). Role responsibilities include: performance management, executive coaching, manager/leadership development, talent planning, employee engagement, performance review cycles

I was the first person in this role and built the team from 1 person. I was a Sr. Manager that lead a team of recruiters + managers to support all hiring for all G&A functions at Asana (People Ops, R4R, Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT and Workplace). I am the direct partner to our CFO, General Counsel and Head of People. I work closely with our HRBP to create talent strategy, org design and succession planning.

First leadership recruiter in R&D focused on hiring engineering/product/design leadership. Later, I expanded my scope to hiring leaders across several business sectors at Asana (People Ops, Recruiting, Business Technology, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Product, Design). Some Projects I've led during this time: -Closing Playbook -Built Executive search playbook -Build management assessment -Partnered with Comp & Legal to build trainings and talking points on Compensation (from Options to RSUs)

Full Cycle recruiter working on Facebook Connectivity - a team that is working on new aerospace and communication technologies to improve and extend internet access around the world. I helped source/hire for teams in SoCal, Sao Paulo, and Menlo Park. I also partnered closely with the APAC and EMEA recruiters to help ensure hiring success across all offices. This team was part of our infrastructure organization. I worked as a facilitator for quorum with the Infrastructure VPs to present/approve candidates. I also helped run several different recruiting engagement events for Women in Connectivity and a learning talk at Mobile World Congress (an international telecom conference in Barcelona).

Was among the first 10 technical sourcers hired at Uber. I had a focus area on Data and Core infrastructure. Hiring teams with a focus area in Data, Core Infrastructure and Technical Program Managers. I supported teams like Machine Learning, Data Streaming, Data Warehouse, Hadoop Infrastructure etc. I helped coach first time hiring managers on pitching, selling and created documentation to support hiring for the broader org I supported.

Ran budget and procurement for Alumni department at Haas School of Business.

I worked with Professor Kimberle Crenshaw's think-tank organization. She pioneered the concepts of intersectionality in her work. I helped research empirical evidence of racial and gender disparities in economics, housing, incarceration, education and etc. I also helped prepare presentations for her educational keynotes she presented.
