I currently support the teaching staff with onboarding, differentiating instruction, and vertical alignment. I also work with the current curriculum specialist to develop the most effective scaffolding plan to help students attain maximum learning goals to prepare them for the next level in their educational journey.

I volunteered in various paid and unpaid positions within the Kidslife department at Lakewood Church over a span of 15 years. I was entrusted with various administrative tasks, teaching in the classrooms, helping to organize and implement Kidslife events, and being a handler for the mascots.

I have had the honor of working with a large variety of marketing companies to promote products and campaigns for a variety of companies through guerrilla marketing. Researching and understanding products and campaigns for items as Venom through Dr. Pepper, Soda Stream, Walgreens "Health and Wellness Tour", Southwest Airlines, "Bags Fly Free", Virgin Mobil, Corozo, and a host of other companies.

Junior College instructor for working adults that needed to earn a certificate of Spanish in the workplace, my role was to create and implement a curriculum based on the individual needs to the students. Considering the students worked at a number of places, I had to implement a universal workplace vocabulary focus for the students as a whole, and a more specific list to the Individual student. Working with other educators in similar positions in the college, we collaborated to establish a consistent curriculum for the adult learners.

I was the level one Spanish teacher for grades 9-12, as the language teacher, I had to understand that language acquisition does not come easily to all students and be able to scaffold prior knowledge to help the student to be able to grasp the concept of a new language. I created a structured lesson plan that followed a vague and pliable scope and sequence for students to be able to move on to subsequent levels of the language. I created hands on activities and innovative lessons that included technology to further enhance the students skills needed to advance their educational experience in the competitive level needed for their next steps in their learning and employment journey.

Through data-driven instruction, I worked with administration and other instructors 3rd-5th to create innovative, technology-savvy, and creative learning goals to ensure student success and bring a once underperforming school up to and exceeding state standards.
