A collective of Doulas and Birth Educators, committed to providing compassionate and professional care for pregnant women and their families. As a Birth Educator, Monique developed and taught the Fearless Birth Workshop, which focused on the psychology of birth. Participants prepared mentally and emotionally for childbirth, and learned how mental state effects the body during birth. The workshop provided a safe place to identify fears, and learn evidence based techniques to help release fear, worry, and anxiety, followed by instruction on how to increase peace, trust, and confidence and enforce positive supports and resources. As a Doula, Monique provided unbiased and non-judgemental emotional and physical support during pregnancy and birth. Including providing evidence-based information so families could make informed decisions, creating a safe and calm birthing environment, and helping to normalize birth and calm fears.

Responsible for managing the visual brand of Golder Associates and designing innovative materials to communicate company messaging. Championing the company brand, providing educational opportunities for employees to learn about branding and developing guidelines to support company-wide implementation.
