· HR lead on the development of 250-page Orientation Manual for both Hourly and Salaried employees. · Co-ordinated training programs including sourcing and scheduling as well as provided one-on-one training with supervisors on company policies and processes. · Acted as a Benefit Administrator as well as a liaison with the Insurance Company distributing benefit information. · Conducted pre-employment screening and interviews for unionized employees including group orientation. · Assisted in grievance investigation and maintenance of grievance materials and logs.
