Zakres Obowiązków: - realizacja zamówień w zależności od potrzeb oraz stanów magazynowych - monitorowanie rynku dostawców, szukanie alternatywnych źródeł dostawy - prowadzenie negocjacji z aktualnymi dostawcami - pozyskiwanie oraz porównywanie ofert handlowych, negocjowanie cen - optymalizacja procesów logistycznych związanych z zakupami - współpraca z działem planowania produkcji w oparciu o analizę surowców niezbędnych do realizacji zleceń.

Responsibility: -reviewing, processing and chasing up delivery of orders - dealing with high volume orders - scrutiny of orders - working with internal teams and external WH to ensure on time delivieries - dealing with all customer enquiries - daily communication to customers and sales agents - completing, uploading,sending all the product details required for ranging the product with the retailer - EDI maintenance - ad-hoc administration and filing

Responsibility for the analysis and ordering of fresh food items considering the current stock and sales; ensuring the Fresh and Ambient stock are controlled to the budget; identifying trends and opportunities in sales, waste and loading data by flight on a daily basis; control of wastage; responsibility for the end to end delivery of stock; planning and forecasting through TourCast daily for 250-300 flights a day to ensure the forecast meets expected levels; ensuring every flight is reviewed for every day considering system challenges (data lags, strikes, cancellations, IT issues); picking up on trends with loading and sales during different seasonality and product changes; assist in adhoc analysis.

Taking care of inbound and outbond flights, preparing proper documents for each cart of each flight, sealing carts, solving system’s problems, helping others department, controlling departure time of each flight.

Provide suppliers’ orders front and back office service; order delivery management according to order’s terms; Oracle system recommendation management pertaining to purchase orders- Reschedule in/out, Cancel, Past Due, PO to confirm; material delivery management: inventory structure analysis, proper stock amounts keeping; monitoring incompatible deliveries; organizing logistic and material transport; customs clearance documentation preparing; cooperation with Project Buyers; materials purchasing in case of unavailability at basic distributors causes by supplier capacity or late promise date; perform others tasks given by supervisor

Ensuring availability of products in Distribution Centre taking into account the tempo of sale, availability the goods, the product durability and storage condition; raising new orders considering the capacity of warehouse; monitoring a stock level; preparing analysis of sales level; allocating the goods for shops taking into account their sales potential; preparing product's forecast by analysing product sales in a given period; preparing reports for all team members

Daily contact with suppliers in order to confirm orders and speed up or delay orders according to a current demand; preparing reports in Ms Excel; contact with carriers in order to track the urgent shipments; cooperation with others departments

Orders fulfillment; putting data into the system; reviewing of logistic documents; filling data in the system; taking care of correct circulation of documents; daily contact with the customer; care of customer; cooperation with other departments in the company

Analysis of qualitative data in Excel; making tests of samples in qualitative lab; learning about Qualicoat system; preparing instruction for departments; help in preparing trainings
